How do I send documents to Google Drive using the Library scanners?

To send scanned documents to Google Drive using the dedicated scanners, follow these steps:

1) After scanning, tap the "Save to Cloud Storage" button.

2) Sign in to Google Drive and enter your login and password.    

How do I download scans using a QR code using the Library scanners?

To download scans to your mobile device using a QR code follow these steps:

1) After scanning, tap the "Save to Tablet or Smart Phone using QR Code Download" button.

2) Use your smart phone or tablet to scan the QR code. It will allow you to download the scanned materials.

How can I rename the folder my scanned documents are in using the Library Scanners?

On the dedicated scanners located across from the Reference Desk and in the Beren Study Center, touch the Save/Send tab to display additional output options, including file formats, sending methods, naming the files, etc.
