This toolkit was created by The Student Collective for Action on Diversity from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx. The resources contained in this document are a starting point for White and non-Black POC to educate themselves and take concrete actions to become allies in the fight for racial justice.
The anti-racist resources toolkit was created by the Resources compiled by the members of Montefiore's Department of Psychiatry Committee for Diversity and Inclusion. Resources are divided into several categories including Confronting Institutional Racism, Junteenth, Coping with Racial Trauma, and more.
Created in 2010 by journalist and author Michele Norris, The Race Card Project is a vast archive of more than 500,000 personal narratives collected from all 50 states and 96 countries around the world as a means to foster productive dialogue on the topic of race.
