Changes to the NIH Public Access Policy as of July 1, 2025

A new version of the NIH Public Access Policy went into effect on July 1, 2025. Details on the updated policy are available in NOT-OD-25-101. The 12 month embargo no longer exists. Manuscripts accepted for publication on or after July 1, 2025 must be made publicly accessible in Pubmed Central immediately upon publication.
