Training

Training is conducted via Zoom or in the Library's training room, Forchheimer 119N, equipped with 16 laptops for hands-on learning. View the schedule and register.

Individual Instruction

      Schedule a consultation with a Research Librarian for help with a literature review or with using any of the Library's resources.

Group Training

     Research Librarians offer training for groups of faculty, students, residents, and staff upon request. Training can be tailored to specific research needs and may include: 

  1. Searching the literature with databases such as PubMed (Medline), Embase, Web of Science, PsycINFO, and others.
  2. Using citation management programs such as EndNote, RefWorks, Mendeley, and others.
  3. Learning what's involved in doing a systematic review and using review management programs like Covidence.
