With a My NCBI account, you can:

• save searches and results from multiple NCBI databases, and, if you choose, have results automatically e-mailed to you daily, weekly or monthly
• save your own work (journal articles, books, presentations etc.) in My Bibliography and manage article compliance with the NIH Public Access Policy.
• set up preferences for filtering and displaying search results
• set up a filter to find full-text articles from the Einstein Library.
