Resource Spotlight: VisualDx

by Winifred King on 2024-02-14T12:12:00-05:00 | 0 Comments

Quality care begins with an accurate diagnosis. Featuring the world’s largest medical image library, VisualDx allows users to do a guided differential diagnosis workup. VisualDx is available on the Library’s website as well as via an app for Apple and Android. Users can also earn CME with every search. Create an account to use the mobile app.

1) Begin by typing a symptom, medication, or diagnosis into the search box, or select a category to start building a differential.

2) Follow prompts to add the patient's chief complaints and build a custom differential.

3) VisualDx allows for users to add findings including relevant medical history, risk factors, physical exam, and travel history.
