The Mason OER Metafinder from The Mason Publishing Group at George Mason University Libraries is a search tool that allows users to search record metadata from seventeen digital libraries and repositories, including the Digital Public Library of America, OER Commons, and AMSER-Applied Math and Science Education Repository.
To get to the actual metafinder, click on Mason OER Metafinder from the homepage. The metafinder allows you to enter search terms in full record (allowing you to search across the entire content of a document), title, author, or date range. You can also choose which sources the metafinder should search by unselecting repositories below the search bars.
Congratulations to the Class of 2018 of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine!
The Library staff wishes you much happiness, success and gratification in your chosen fields.

Genome-wide association studies (GWAS) usually rely on the assumption that different samples aren’t from closely related individuals. If you’re using combined datasets that have been genotyped on different platforms, though, how do you detect duplicates and close relatives?
The dbGaP team at NCBI developed a new software tool and rapid statistical method called Genetic Relationship and Fingerprinting (GRAF) to do exactly that. At NCBI, GRAF is used as a quality assurance tool in dbGaP data processing. This tool is publicly available so that any researcher can check the quality of their own data.
