The D. Samuel Gottesman Library has a subscription BrowZine – a mobile app for Libraries that lets you browse, read & monitor your favorite journals with your web browser or from your Apple or Android device!

To get started, search for BrowZine in your device’s app store, download the free app, and then select Albert Einstein College of Medicine from the list of institutions.

BrowZine FAQs

  • Are all of the library's journals included?

    • BrowZine now provides access to journals for which the library has a direct subscription as well as open access journals.
  • Can I read older issues?

    • BrowZine is designed to access current journal content. To access older e-journal issues, the gray button labeled "View all back issues and sources for this title" in BrowZine's journal display or use the library's A-Z ejournals list.
  • Can I get notifications when new articles are published in the journal of my bookshelf?

    • BrowZine recently introduced a new email notifications feature for users with BrowZine accounts. You can configure notifications to be received daily, weekly, or simply turn them off.  (The default is weekly.)  An alert will not be sent if no new articles are added to journals on your bookshelf within your selected time period.
  • Where can I get help?
